摘要：清洗油渍污染是纸质文物修复的重要环节。本实验选取猪油、菜籽油、桐油和蜡油4种动植物或矿物质油,在宣纸上模拟形成油渍,通过分光测色仪、pH测定仪、耐折度仪、质构仪、扫描电子显微镜和便携红外光谱仪对比评估洗洁精、无水乙醇、高锰酸钾—草酸溶液、双氧水、皂角粉和丙酮6种清洗材料的去除效果。结果表明,皂角粉的清洗效果较好,且对宣纸的物化性能影响也较小,通过反复淋洗可减小对纸张颜色的影响。皂角粉作为一种植物源表面活性剂在油渍清洗中具有很好的应用前景。
Cleansing oil stains is one of the most important procedures in the conservation of paper cultural relics.This experiment selected four types of plant or mineral oil,including pig fat,vegetable oil,tung oil and wax oil,and spread them on rice paper to create oil stains.Spectrophotometer,pH meter,folding endurance tester,texture analyser,scanning electron microscope(SEM),and portable infrared spectroscopy were used to evaluate the efficacy of the following materials in cleansing:normal washing liquid,ethanol absolute(C_(2)H_(6)O),potassium permanganate(KMnO_(4))-oxalic arid(C_(2)H_(2)O_(4)).liquid,hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),saponaria(soapwort)powder,and acetone(C_(3)H_(6)O).The results showed that,amongst the six materials,the soapwort powder was the most effective cleansing material and had little impact on the texture property of the paper.Repeated rinsing could also reduce the impact of the cleansing material on the paper.We conclude that soapwort powder as a plant surfactant has promising applications in cleansing oil stains on paper cultural relics.
