摘要：发展新质生产力为应用型人才培养带来新机遇并提出新要求。通过厘清新质生产力蕴含的教育价值内涵,强调人才是新质生产力发展的核心要素,分析新质生产力背景下应用型人才培养的现状与问题,从革新高校人才培养理念、优化学科专业布局、重塑应用型人才培养目标、更新教学内容与方法、助力学习方式蝶变、创新评价理念与方法等方面,提出适应新质生产力发展的新时代应用型人才培养路径,从而为新质生产力的快速发展提供新型劳动者要素支撑。
The development of new quality productive forces presents both new opportunities and requirements for the cultivation of application-oriented talents.By clarifying the educational value of new quality productive forces,it is emphasized that talents are the core element in the development of new quality productive forces.By analyzing the current situation and problems of application-oriented talents cultivation under the background of new quality productive forces,this approach proposes pathways for the cultivation of application-oriented talents that adapt to the development of new quality productive forces in the new era.This is achieved by innovating the concepts of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,optimizing the layout of disciplines and specialties,reshaping the goals of application-oriented talent cultivation,updating teaching contents and methods,faciliating transformation in learning styles,and innovating evaluation concepts and methods.In doing so,it provides new labor force support for the rapid development of new quality productive forces.
