摘要：近年来,随着国家推进社区社会组织培育和发展政策的持续发力,我国内地的社区社会组织如雨后春笋般纷纷涌现,它们规模不一、类型各异,同时也面临一些困境和问题。而香港地区根据自身的历史因素和经济社会发展特点,形成了极具地方特色的社区社会组织发展模式,而且与内地同根同源,二者之间有着高度的文化认同及民族认同性,其发展社区社会组织的经验模式对我国内地社区社会组织的培育和发展具有很好的借鉴意义和价值。
In recent years,with the sustainable policy of cultivating and developing community social organizations,community social organizations in the mainland of China have sprung up like mushrooms.They vary in size and type,but also face some difficulties and problems.Whereas Hong Kong,owing to different historical,economic and social development,has formed a community social organization development model with extremely local characteristics,which shares the same root with the mainland,with a high level of cultural identity and ethnic identity.The experience of Hong Kong in cultivating and developing community social organizations has reference significance for China's Mainland.
