摘要：“决胜全面小康,建成区域中心”是中国的城市规划的重要图景,然而大城市自身存在的“城市疾病”亦成为城市规划中最大隐患,因此,如何疏散集中在大城市中的产业和人口便成为缓解“城市疾病”的当务之急。本文以芬兰著名学者埃利·沙里宁的“有机疏散”理论为立足点,提出“城市疏散、新城市推广、多点联网和整体推广”的城市有机疏散发展战略有效促进了中国城市在城市规划关键时期的合理扩张和有机发展,以此论证该理论是有益且有效的。
The theory of"organic evacuation"is one of the theories of urbandecentralized development,which aims to dredge the urban population and industrywhich are too concentrated in large cities and effectively alleviate the"urban disease"in large cities.China’s urban planning is in a critical period of"winning the all-roundwell-off society and building a regional center".Based on the theory of"organicevacuation",this paper puts forward the development strategy of"old city evacuation,new city promotion,multi-point network,overall promotion",which is of guiding significance to effectively promote the rational expansion and organic development of cities in the key period of urban planning in China.
