摘要:采用NCA与QCA相结合的研究方法,基于8997家国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业的地域分布数据,探究营商环境和数字经济组态与“专精特新”企业培育之间的复杂因果关系。研究发现:单个营商环境要素或者数字经济不构成高“专精特新”企业数量的必要条件,但提升人文环境、市场环境和数字经济水平对于“专精特新”企业的产生发挥着普适作用。产生高“专精特新”企业数量的路径有2条,即数字经济支持下的人文环境一法律环境协同驱动型、数字经济辅助下的人文环境-政务环境-市场环境协同驱动型;产生非高“专精特新”企业数量的路径有2条,市场环境一人文环境缺失、市场环境-政务环境缺失。
This paper explores how the configuration of the business environment and digital economy stimulate the emergence of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)with specialization,refinement,differentiation,and innovation(SRDI)based on the regional distribution data of 8997 SRDI enterprises using combined methods of NCA and QCA.The results show that a single element of the business environment or digital economy is not necessary for a vast quantity of SRDI SMEs,but improving the level of the human environment,market environment,and digital economy plays a universal role in generating them.There are two driving paths for the considerable quantity of SRDI SMEs,namely,the humanities-law driving path supported by the digital economy and the humanities-government-market driving path assisted by the digital economy.There are two paths leading to the low quantity of SRDI SMEs,namely non-high market-humanities driven and non-high market-government driven.
