摘要：在中美大国竞争态势下,日台关系呈现出新特征和新变化。具体表现在三个方面:一、日台之间正借助所谓“政党外交”、“地方外交”和“智库外交”,形成三位一体的对台交往新模式,与台湾进行所谓“准官方交往”;二、美日同盟逐步将台湾问题纳入战略规划,实现美日台安保一体化联动;三、美台借助日本作为第三方或中介进行交往,达到双方实质性“官方交往”的目的。对于日台关系新动向的历史脉络、现实表现和未来走向,需要持续关注并提出应对之策。
The relationship between Japan and Taiwan has always been a very complex and sensitive issue between China and Japan.Under the competitive situation between China and the United States,Japan-Taiwan relations show new characteristics and changes.It is embodied in three aspects:Firstly,Japan and Taiwan are forming a new trinity model of exchanges with the help of the so-called “party diplomacy”,“local diplomacy” and “think tank diplomacy”,carrying out the so-called “quasi official exchanges”;Secondly,the US Japan alliance brought the Taiwan Question into the strategic planning to realize the integration and linkage of US,Japan and Taiwan security;Thirdly,the United States and Taiwan communicate with Japan as a third party or intermediary to achieve their so-called “official communication”.The historical context,current performance and future trend of Japan-Taiwan relations need continuous attention and countermeasures.
