摘要：农民专业合作社在推动农业发展、促进农民增收方面发挥了积极作用。但随着合作社的发展与成熟,合作社企业家人才的作用逐渐突显出来,学术界也开始重视对合作社企业家问题的研究。因此,笔者主要从合作社企业家概念的界定、合作社企业家对于合作社的重要作用以及影响合作社企业家成长的因素等三个方面对相关研究进行评述,并展望了该问题的研究前景。
Cooperatives would have a positive effect on promoting the development of agriculture and the increase of peasants＇ income. With the development and maturity of cooperatives, the role of cooperative entrepreneurs became more important, and earned widespread respect from many researchers. The paper attempts to give a systematic summary on the concept, the role of cooperative entrepreneurs and the factors which influence cooperative entrepreneurs growing up, and put forward to corresponding research prospects.
