摘要：近年来,文化产业备受关注。文化产业类企业在快速发展的同时,其偏好股权融资、资本结构不合理等问题日益显现。本文以26家文化产业类上市公司2009-2012年的数据为样本,建立面板模型,并进行了固定效应模型与随机效应模型的选择比较,实证分析了文化产业类上市公司资本结构与微观及宏观因素的关系。实证结果显示随机效应模型在本文数据中具有更好的拟合度。根据随机效应模型结果进行分析并提出优化建议。
In years,the cultural industry is paid great attention by our country.However,the development of the cultural listed companies is hindered by the irrational capital structure.This paper studied the relationship between listing companies’capital structure and their influencing factors by using appropriate samples in year 2009 to year 2012.As is showed,the random effect model is more suitable for this study than the fixed effct model.Some suggestions have been given based on the empirical analysis.
