摘要：立德树人是新时代高校的根本任务、中心环节和立身之本,但多数高校缺乏相应的机制来保障其落实。结合高校实际,其立德树人的落实机制大体包括工作落实机制、队伍落实机制、政策落实机制和制度落实机制,这基本上覆盖了高校立德树人方方面面的工作。要正确认识这4个落实机制的内容及其相互之间的关系,通过科学整合与有机集成,使其作为一个整体发挥作用,构建新时代高校立德树人“四位一体”落实机制。
Establishing morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task,central link and foundation of universities in the New Era,but most universities lack corresponding mechanisms to ensure their implementation.Considering the actual situation of universities,the implementation mechanism of establishing morality and cultivating people generally includes work implementation mechanism,team implementation mechanism,policy implementation mechanism and system implementation mechanism,which basically covers all aspects of establishing morality and cultivating people in universities.We should correctly understand the contents of these four implementation mechanisms and their relationship with each other,make them play a role as a whole through scientific integration and organic integration,and build a“four in one”implementation mechanism for establishing morality and cultivating people in universities in the New Era.
