摘要：从是否有利于使设计研发活动得到企业组织管理保障的视角,分析制造企业现有的几种典型组织模式———“树形”结构模式、“矩阵”结构模式、“柔性网络”结构模式的优、缺点,并在此基础上构建一种既能体现这几种模式的优点,又能摈弃其缺点的新的组织模式———基于资源模块的、矩阵与柔性网络相结合的企业组织模式。
From the view of whether the organization management of the enterprise could be beneficial for its R＆D activities, analyses the advantages and disadvantages of some existing typical organization models the pyramid structure,the matrix structure and the flexible network structure. Based on the analysis , it develops a new kind of organization model which is based on the resources modules and combines the matrix structure with the flexible network structure. The new model does not only possess the advantages of these above-mentioned models, but also doesn＇t possess the disadvantages of them.
