摘要：生态旅游如何发展 ,不仅是世界性的大课题 ,同时也是我国不得不面对的选择。针对当前我国在生态旅游发展上的泛化倾向和保护主义的主张 ,本文提出了“是无所作为的保护还是积极有效的保护”、“是大众旅游还是特殊专项旅游”、“是粗放的发展还是对其进行必要的规范”等三大问题 ,并作一一辨析 ,以期能对今后人们的选择有所帮助 ,能对生态的有效保护和旅游业的健康发展有所裨益。本文为作者参加“2 0 0 2·中国生态旅游论坛”大会的论文。
How to develop ecotourism is not only a global issue, but also a choice that China is confronted. In view of the trend of over extended ecotourism development and the proposition of protectionism, the author advances and analyzes three major issues, including “to conserve the environment without any active actions or to protect it with effective measures” , “mass tourism or special interest tourism”, “to develop ecotourism with or without regulations ”. This paper is aimed at offering suggestions for choices at present and in the future, and at improveing the effective preservation and the healthy development of tourism industry. This article is submitted to “2002 China Ecotourism Forum”.
