摘要:通过对13所特殊教育学校256名教师的调查发现,教师们都接受过专业的继续教育培训,但是这些培训无法完全满足特殊教育教师的需求;大多数教师认为需要接受进一步的继续教育;教师继续教育的自我学习途径不容乐观,特殊教育教师缺乏自主进行业务学习的积极性。
256 special education teachers were interviewed about the continue education. All the teachers have took part in training in recent years, but most of them are not satisfied at these trainings. Most of the teachers think it is necessary to accept continue education. While only a few teachers are used to learn by themselves through reading and watching videos about special education.
