摘要：Discipline and professional management is an important part of higher education institution management. Wherefore, the researches of discipline and professional management have a little attention. Based on the analysis of different disciplines and professional management, the paper proposed the defect of the current management from micro to macro, and indicate that discipline and professional management should strengthen from the professional content, professional settings, and the relationship between professional and social demand, Etc.
