摘要：1980—2012年,首都城市群经历了"首都圈、首都经济圈、大北京、京津冀都市圈"等名称的变化,其空间范围也在地方政府利益博弈过程中一变再变,对其空间范围的界定成为首都大区域协作发展的首要难题。将城市地理学的城市群理论应用于空间范围界定中,同时考虑中心城市经济综合能力和城市人口规模,在Arc GIS软件支持下,以北京市、天津市2个直辖市和河北省、山西省、山东省、内蒙古自治区的51个地级市为研究对象,借助经济距离、引力模型和场强模型,考虑地域空间的邻近性和行政区划的完整性等因素,对首都城市群的空间范围进行了明确合理的界定。
The region of capital urban agglomeration experienced a designation change from ＂ capital circle, capital economic circle, a large Beijing＂ to ＂Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Metropolitan Region＂ from 1980 to 2012. Meanwhile, the space scope varied according to its name in the interest game of local governments. Defining the scope of urban agglomeration around Beijing becomes the primary problem in the regional cooperation and development of the capital. This paper attempts to apply the theory of urban agglomeration in urban geography in defining the scope of its space. Considering the economic comprehensive ability of the center city and scale of urban population, this paper taking Beijing, Tianjin two municipalities and 51 prefecture-level cities of Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research objects. Based on the ArcGIS software and with the help of econometric modeling of economic distance, gravity model and field model, this paper tries to find out the strict and reasonable defined space scope of capital urban agglomeration in considering the proximity of geographical space, the integrity of administrative divisions and other factors.
