摘要:家庭情绪教育是培养提升幼儿情绪能力的重要途径之一。从父母情绪教育观念、父母情绪教育行为、父母对儿童不良情绪的应对以及父母自身情绪表达四个方面考察了北京地区家庭情绪教育的状况及特点。共有698名幼儿家长参与了本次调查,研究结果表明北京地区家长普遍比较重视儿童的情绪教育,然而实际教育行为还有待提高;在父母应对方面,多数家长能够采取积极支持策略,但仍有少数家长使用忽视甚至惩罚性的应对方式;在情绪表达方面,家长自身的情绪表达还不充分,缺少对儿童的示范和教育效果。基于此,提出家长应该通过加强情绪知识的学习提升教育儿童情绪的能力,接纳并积极应对儿童的消极情绪,同时提升自身的情绪表达能力,以此完善家庭情绪教育体系,促进儿童情绪健康发展。
Family emotional education is one of the most important ways to improve children's emotional ability.This study investigated parents'concept of emotional education,emotional educational behavior of parents,parents coping with children's negative emotions and emotional expression of the parents themselves.A total of 698parents of young children participated in this survey.Results show that parents generally attach importance to children's emotional education.However,their emotional educational behavior needs to be improved.Most parents adopt positive support strategies to deal with children's negative emotions,whereasa minority of parents still use neglectful or even punitive coping methods.In terms of parents'emotional expression,parents do not disclose enough emotions,whichleadstolittle demonstration and educational effect on theirchildren.This study proposed that parents shouldstrengthen the learning of emotional knowledge,improve their emotional expression ability,and accept and actively deal with children's negative emotions.
