摘要：以2019-2021年重庆市中心城区旅游景区网络点评量变动数据为基础,基于引力模型分阶段构建新冠疫情前后的重庆城市旅游流网络,并从抵抗力、恢复力、适应力三个维度对网络荷载量、稳定性、生长性、层级性、匹配性、传输性6个测量指标展开网络结构韧性评估。结果显示:1)尽管重庆城市旅游流“网络荷载量”受疫情冲击严重,但旅游流网络结构在“稳定性”和“生长性”指标上具有明显的韧性能力。2)新冠疫情有助于倒逼旅游流网络结构优化调整。重庆城市旅游流网络结构“层级性”趋于扁平,“匹配性”指标异配特征明显。3)“传输性”是重庆城市旅游流网络结构中的韧性薄弱环节,有必要进一步优化。
It is of great significance for formulating the tourism policies and enhance crisis response capacity of urban tourist destination to evaluate the resilience of urban tourism flow network structure under the impact of COVID-19 pandemic.Based on online review data of tourist attractions,we constructed an urban tourism flow network for main urban area of Chongqing pre-and post-COVID-19 pandemic in stages and evaluated the resilience of the network structure from the three dimensions of resistance,recoverability,and adaptability on six measurement indicators:network load,stability,growth,hierarchy,assortativity,and transmission.The results show that:1)Although the comprehensive indicator of"network load"of urban tourism flow in Chongqing is seriously impacted by the COVID-19 epidemic,the network structure of tourism flow has obvious resilience in the indicators of"stability"and"growth".2)COVID-19 helps to force the optimization of tourism flow network structure.The"hierarchy"of the urban tourism flow network structure in Chongqing tends to be flat,and the indicator of"assortativity"shows obvious heterogeneity characteristics.3)"Transmission"is a weak link in the network structure of urban tourism flow in Chongqing,which needs to be further optimized.
