摘要:本文认为,在中国情景下要实现工作—生活平衡,社会层面要重塑社会价值观,形成政府、企业、员工"工作—家庭平衡"共享新理念;政府层面要设计家庭友好型政策,在工作时间政策设计上由关注长度到关注弹性。在休假政策设计上要由促进女性就业到促进男女平等分担照顾家庭责任;企业层面要探索有效的弹性时间制、时间储蓄制、休假制等制度安排,实施员工支持政策、家庭福利政策等政策,同时还应培育良好的"工作—家庭平衡"的组织文化。
In terms of China's economic transformation, the structure of the labor market and demographic changes and changes in family structure, such as North America and Europe have many similarities, so the research work in North America and European countries implemented - family balance plan is an important transition period of China's reference, help to promote the study and practice of this issue. This paper argues that, in the Chinese scenario to achieve work - life balance, social dimension to reshape social values, the formation of the government, businesses, employees' work - family balance "Sharing new ideas; government level to design family-friendly policies at work policy designed by the concern to the attention flexibility in the length of leave policy is designed to be shared by the promotion of female employment to take care of family responsibilities to promote gender equality;. enterprise level to establish a good family care benefits, flexible working, leave work system, staff support policy other work - family balance system should also cultivate good "work - family balance," the organizational culture.
