摘要:利用均匀设计法优选确定了聚砜超滤膜分离姬松茸多糖的工艺条件。实验考察了多糖料液浓度、操作压力、料液温度3个因素对多糖通量和多糖截留率2个指标的影响,通过对实验数据的多元线性回归分析得到了可对多糖通量和截留率2个指标进行预测的回归方程。研究结果表明:(1)通量的回归方程Y1=10.1862-0.5815X1+45.7999X2+0.2184X3。多糖料液浓度X1、操作压力X2、料液温度X33个变量因子对通量均有显著影响,按照影响从大到小排序为:多糖料液浓度(77.22%)>操作压力(11.93%)>多糖温度(10.85%),其中多糖料液浓度对通量指标的贡献是负值,操作压力、多糖温度对通量指标的贡献是正值。(2)截留率的回归方程Y2=93.9005+0.0727X1-24.479X2-0.0641X3。多糖料液浓度X1、操作压力X2对截留率均有显著影响,料液温度X3对截留率也有影响。按照影响从大到小排序为:操作压力(61.42%)>多糖料液浓度(21.73%)>多糖温度(16.85%),其中操作压力、多糖温度对截留率指标的贡献是负值,多糖料液浓度对截留率指标的贡献是正值。
Studies on optimum separate technique of Agarcus blazei Murill(ABM) polysaccharides with PS ultrafiltration membrane by uniform design method.By observing the effect of the three factors:ABM solution concentration,operation pressure,and solution temperature,on the two targets:flux and retention.Based on the liner multi-regression analysis of these data,we have been got two regression equationes which can forecast the two targets:flux and retention extraction.The results showed that:(1) The regression equation of flux:Y1= 10.1862-0.5815X1+45.7999X2+0.2184X3.For membrane flux,the concentration X1,pressure X2 and temperature X3 were all the obvious influence factors,and the pressure and temperature played a positive role in the flux,but the concentration played a negative contribution.The influence degrees of the three factors on the flux were orderly:concentration(77.22%)pressure(11.93%) temperature(10.85%);(2)The regression equation of retention:Y2=93.9005+0.0727X1-24.479X2-0.0641X3.For membrane retention,both the concentration X1 and pressure X2 were theremarkable influence factors and the temperature X3 was only an influence factors.The pressure and temperature played a negative role in the retention,but the concentration played a positive contribution.The influence degrees of the three factors on the retention were orderly:pressure(61.42%)concentration(21.73%) temperature(16.85%).
