摘要：我国图书馆信息系统关于全国中文核心期刊的评定，自有它必须遵循的科学标准；《旅游学刊》作为北京市属新兴高校北京联合大学下属的旅游学院的学报，有幸荣登“旅游经济类核心期刊”第一名榜位，在刊物的管理上必然有其值得参考借鉴之处，特别是对于目前处境艰难的高校学报。围绕着对刊物生存支点的认识及由此所选择的运作模式，探讨了一些值得注意却又可能被忽视的问题。
The judgement of the national leading-core periodicals in Chinese by China's Library Inforniation System must have its own scientific criteria for it; as a theorectical gazette of newly-developed College of Tourism of Beijing Union University in Beijing, TOURISM TRIBUNE is honoured to have been placed in the first place among the leading-core periodicals in the category of tourism economy. This shows that its operation and management must have something worthy of study and reference, especially at a time when university theorectical magazines are in a difficult situation as at present. Centring around the understanding of the survival fulcrum of university theorectical magazines and their operational modes to be selected accordingly,the article studies some of the problems that deserve studying and that probably pass unnoticed.
