摘要：随着国有企业改革的深化 ,法人治理结构越来越成为现代企业制度建立过程中的核心问题。笔者认为在产权改革大方向已经明确的前提下另辟蹊径 ,通过建立双向式相机性公司法人治理结构 ,全面对资产所有者、经营者、企业员工进行激励和约束 ,通过完善激励。
With the increasingly deepened reform of state owned enterprises, the structure of corporation administration is becoming more and more the core of the building of the modern enterprise system. The present writer holds that, under the general direction of the ownership reform, establishing a reciprocal and situationalistic corporation administration structure to stimulate or restrain the assets owners, managers and enterprise stuff can activate the state owned enterprises.
