摘要：县域产业是县域经济高质量发展的重要支撑,更是县域就业蓄水池的重要源泉。本文基于2013年—2020年县域面板数据,利用双向固定效应模型和面板门槛模型,实证分析了县域产业结构升级的就业带动力。研究表明:县域产业结构升级对就业规模具有显著的促进作用,促进效应约为6.03%;县域产业结构升级的就业带动力存在产业结构升级的单门槛效应以及产业规模化程度的双门槛效应,呈现跃迁式递增的特征,促进效应提升约10.44%和36.69%;县域产业结构升级的就业带动力存在区域异质性和产业结构类型异质性,西部地区县域产业结构升级的就业带动力要大于东部地区和中部地区;产业结构升级对工业主导型县域的就业带动力最大,农业主导型县域、服务业主导型县域、混合产业型县域的就业带动力依次减弱。研究结论为县域实现产业带动就业的良性发展格局提供参考。
County industry is an important support for the high-quality development of county economy,and it is an important source of county employment reservoir.Based on the county panel data from 2013 to 2020,this paper empirically analyses the employment driving force of county industrial structure upgrading by using twoway fixed effect model and panel threshold model.The study shows that:the upgrading of county industrial structure has a significant promotion effect on the employment scale,and the promotion effect is about 6.03%;The employment driving force of county industrial structure upgrading exists the single threshold effect of industrial structure upgrading and the double threshold effect of the degree of industrial scale,presenting the characteristics of leapfrog incresmental increase,and the promotion effect is raised by about 10.44%and 36.69%;There is regional heterogeneity and industrial structure type heterogeneity in the employment driving force of county industrial structure upgrading,and the employment driving force of county industrial structure upgrading in the western region is larger than that in the eastern region and the central region;Industrial structure upgrading has the greatest employment driving force in industry-led counties,and the employment driving force of agriculture-led counties,service-led counties,and mixed-industry counties is weakened in turn.The conclusions of the study provide reference for counties to realize the benign development pattern of industry-led employment.
