摘要：“大众创业、万众创新”背景下,各地政府纷纷出台相关政策深入推进创新创业。基于北京市海淀、东城等7个城区的创新创业政策,运用熵值法对创新创业产出指标进行赋权,使用灰色关联度计算各城区创新创业政策与创新创业产出之间的关联度,评价创新创业政策效率。研究显示,各城区创新创业政策与创新创业产出有较高的关联性。其中,海淀区的创新创业政策产出值最高,创新创业政策效率在7个城区中最高。
Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,governments around the country have introduced relevant policies to promote the efficient operation of innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on the innovation and entrepreneurship policies of seven major urban areas including haidian district and dongcheng district of Beijing,this paper weights the output index of innovation and entrepreneurship with the entropy value method,and calculates the correlation degree between innovation and entrepreneurship policies and output of innovation and entrepreneurship with the grey correlation degree,which serves as the standard for evaluating the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship policies.The research shows that there is a high correlation between innovation and entrepreneurship policy and innovation and entrepreneurship output in each urban area.Among them,haidian district has the highest output value of innovation and entrepreneurship policy,and the efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship policy is also higher in the seven urban areas.
