摘要：对于创新思维工具的一般认识与介绍的成果,数量较多,说法各异,但在探讨创新思维工具在法学教育中应用的内容和实现途径等方面成果很少。法学专业学生法律思维训练的不足,必然会导致学生实践能力的低下,毕业后难以尽快适应法律工作。而运用创新思维工具可以加强对法学系学生的法律思维培养的效率,这既可以优化法学专业学生的知识结构、综合素质,也可以提高法学教师的教学效果与教学水平。
There are various thoughts and opinions for the cognization of the innovative thinking tools. However, the achievementof application content and approach of the innovative thinking tools are quite few. The deficiency of legal thinking training for lawstudents will lead to poor practical ability and poor adaptive ability as a legal worker. Using the innovative thinking tools can not only strengthen the legal thought of law school students, and the comprehensive quality of students, but also can improve teaching effects and teaching standards.
