摘要:通过分析新文科的内涵及时代要求,提出应用型大学经管专业的建设理念,包括3个方面:确定应用型大学经管专业的定位及人才培养目标,以明确“培养什么人”;明晰应用型大学经管专业的特色及人才培养过程,以明确“怎样培养人”;厘清应用型大学经管专业的使命及利益相关者期盼,以明确“为谁培养人”。在此基础上,提出新文科视域下应用型大学经管专业建设的行动路径:优化人才培养方案是专业建设的核心要素,加强政产学研用联系是专业建设的重要支撑,开展专业评估与质量文化建设是专业发展的质量保障。
By analyzing the connotation of new liberal arts and the requirements of the times,the construction concept of economics and management major of application-oriented university is put forward,including three aspects:determining the orientation and talent training objectives in order to understand “what kind of people to cultivate”;clarifying the characteristics and the talent training process to understand “how to cultivate people”;and clarifying the mission and stakeholder expectations to clarify “for whom to cultivate people”.On this basis,the effective path for the economics and management major construction of application-oriented universities under the perspective of new liberal arts is proposed.Firstly,optimizing the talent training program is the core elements of the professional construction;Secondly,strengthening the connection among government,industry,university,research and application is an important support of the professional construction;Thirdly,carrying out professional evaluation and quality culture construction is the quality guarantee of the professional development.
