摘要：本文在对北京、河北、广州、深圳等省市职业院校教师政策执行情况的调研基础上形成。笔者根据调查所获得的各类数据,讨论了当前职业院校教师培训需求、培训供给、培训评价与反馈等方面的情况,并提出了完善教师培训的若干建议。
This paper is based on investigation about ＂the implementation of teacher training policy in vocational colleges in Beijing, Hebei, Guangzhou, and Sbenzhen＂. According to the data from investigation, the paper discusses the need, supply, evaluation and feedback of present teacher training in vocational colleges, and puts forward some suggestions to perfect teacher training.
