摘要:小檗碱凭借其独特的异喹啉生物碱结构,不仅活性众多,而且构效关系错综复杂。从小檗碱结构出发,重点综述了其A、C及D环上各个活性位点的修饰方法。在此基础上,对小檗碱的抗菌、抗肿瘤、降血糖、调血脂等构效关系进行了系统归纳,为以小檗碱为先导化合物进行结构修饰及创新药物开发提供参考。
Berberine,with its unique structure of a quaternary ammonium salt from the group of isoquinoline alkaloid,has not only a variety of pharmacological actives,but also a complex structure-activity relationship.According to the structure of berberine,the structure-modification methods of active sites on A,C and D rings in berberine are reviewed in this article.On this basis,its structure-activity relationship of antisepsis,antitumor,hypoglycemic and blood lipid regulation are systematically summarized,which may provide a reference for the design or development of innovative drugs based on berberine.
