摘要：The most complex and essential problem in the project network program technique is the optimization of the network program. The proper and systematic optimized solution for the project network program can significantly increase the profit gained from the project. By using the computer software, the Microsoft Project 2007, an optimization method for the construction period and resource based on traverse network chart was put forward in this paper. The ideal of hierarchical optimization for the integrate resource was also discussed. The construction period and resource in an actual project was optimized by use this method and an excellent optimization effect was achieved.
