摘要：在高校数字化转型的背景下,一卡通系统作为智慧校园建设的核心基础设施,正逐步从单一支付工具演变为综合性的服务平台。在分析智慧校园内涵与特征的基础上,梳理一卡通系统的发展历程、存在的问题与挑战,并从加强数据治理与安全保护、推动技术融合与创新、提升服务质量与用户体验等方面提出优化策略。以北京联合大学为例,阐述其一卡通系统的架构设计、多校区应用场景与成效,一卡通系统在推动学校资源整合、业务流程优化、管理和教学模式变革等方面发挥了重要作用。
In the context of higher education’s digital transformation,one-card system,as a core infrastructure of smart campus construction,is gradually evolving from a single payment tool into an integrated service platform.By analyzing the connotations and characteristics of smart campuses,this paper traces the development journey of one-card system,identifies existing issues and challenges,and proposes optimization strategies from aspects such as strengthening data governance and security protection,promoting technological integration and innovation,and enhancing service quality and user experience.Taking Beijing Union University as a case study,the paper elaborates on the system’s architectural design,multi-campus application scenarios and achievements,highlighting its significant role in promoting resource integration,optimizing business processes,and driving innovations in management and teaching models.
