摘要:本文基于对北京10家中小企业人力资本贡献及员工心理契约的相关调查,分别对10家企业的人力资本贡献价值率和员工的心理契约水平进行测定,并尝试运用相关与回归分析法来验证两者之间的数量关系,指出两者之间存在正相关关系,员工心理契约水平的提高有利于企业人力资本贡献价值率的提升。
Based on the investigation of Human Capital' s Contribution Value and Worker' s Psychological Contract of 10 Beijing medium-small enterprises, this paper evaluates the human capital' s contribution rate and the level of worker' s psychological contract, and tries to prove the quantity relationship between them by using correlation and regression methods. It shows that the relationship between the human capital' s contribution rate and the level of worker' s psychological contract is positive, and the improvement of worker' s psychological contract could be benefit to increase the rate of human capital' s contribution.
