摘要：随着国家创新驱动发展战略的深入实施和大数据信息技术的快速发展,服务地方的应用型大学要以区域经济发展需求为导向,探索与学校发展定位相适应的创新型、服务型的科研管理新模式。通过对目前应用型大学科研管理模式存在的不足及原因分析,提出了建设性的科研管理模式优化路径,以促进科研管理的规范化、精细化、科学化和数字化,使应用型大学科研管理工作能够适应新形势,更好地为地方经济和社会发展服务。
With the further implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy and the rapid development of big data information technology,the application-oriented universities serving the local areas,guided by the needs of regional economic development,should explore a new model of innovative and service-oriented scientific research management adapted to their development orientation.This paper,by analyzing the shortcomings and causes of the scientific research management mode in application-oriented universities,puts forward constructive optimizing path of scientific research management mode for application-oriented universities,in order to promote the standardization,refinement,scientization and digitization of scientific research management,adapt to the new situation,and serve the local economic and social development in a better manner.
