摘要:新一轮审核评估要求应用型人才培养要强化产教融合。构建可操作化的产教融合行动路径是应用型大学破解产教“两张皮”现实困境,以及实现内涵式、高质量发展的迫切需求。基于知识生产模式转型的视角,从知识生产性质、情境、组织等层面构建产教融合四重行动逻辑:一是由“校企点对点合作”向“多主体协同的集群化模式”发展;二是由“产教松散联结”向“产教共同体”发展;三是由“单一路径、单向合作”向“全链条、多维度融合”发展;四是由“产教融合工作体系”向“产教融合生态系统”发展。结合北京联合大学办学实践,将行动逻辑转化为操作策略,提出构建适应产业发展的学科专业集群、搭建实体嵌入的产教共同体、推进应用型人才培养全链条改革、完善产教融合制度环境等具体行动路径。
The new round of audit evaluation requires that the cultivation of applied talents should strengthen the integration of industry and education.To construct an operable action path for the integration of industry and education is an urgent need for application-oriented universities to solve the realistic dilemma of“disjointed industry and education”and achieve high-quality development.Based on the perspective of the transformation of knowledge production mode,it constructs four logic of the industry-education integration from the aspects of knowledge production nature,context and organization.First,the development from“school-enterprise point-to-point cooperation”to“multi-agent collaborative clustering mode”;Second,the development from“the loose connection of industry and education”to“the community of industry and education”;Third,from“single path,one-way cooperation”to“full-chain,multi-dimensional integration”development;Fourth,the development from“industry-education integration work system”to“industry-education integration ecosystem”.Drawing on the educational practice of Beijing Union University,these action logics are transformed into operable strategies,resulting in specific action paths such as constructing disciplinary and professional clusters aligned with industrial development,establishing the industry-education communities embedded in the entity,promoting holistic reforms in applied talent cultivation,and improving the institutional environment for industry-education integration.
