摘要：本文借鉴宏观经济学的内生增长理论和我国供给侧结构性改革的理论思想,立足新时代历史方位中文化供给的丰富内涵,以北京城市副中心整体转型升级规划方案的实施为基础,分析指出加大文化设施(园区)建设是北京城市副中心构建文化供给体系的初始选择,生态资本、文化资本、人力资本和技术资本构成了文化供给的内生动力要素,进而从挖掘文化资本潜力、形成特色文化品牌;强化城市文化认同,激活人力资本创造力;以技术资本推动供给结构优化等维度,提出北京城市副中心文化供给内生动力机制的实践路径。
This paper,based on the overall plan for the transformation and upgrading of the Beijing Urban sub-center,draws on the endogenous growth theory of macroeconomics and the theoretical thinking of China’s supply-side structural reform,analyzing the rich connotation of cultural supply in the historical orientation in the New Era,and pointing out that the increase in the construction of cultural facilities(parks)is the initial choice for the construction of a cultural supply system in Beijing’s urban sub-centers.The endogenous dynamic factors of cultural supply can be summarized as ecological capital,cultural capital,human capital and technological capital.Then from the dimensions of tapping the potential of cultural capital,forming distinctive cultural brands,strengthening the cultural identity of cities,activating the creativity of human capital,and promoting the optimization of supply structure with technical capital,the practice path of the endogenous dynamic mechanism of cultural supply in Beijing urban sub-center is put forward.
