摘要：数智化时代商科教育面临新变局,为适应时代需求,商科人才培养模式必须顺势而变。研究探索构建新时代数智化时代商务人才培养模式——“一二三四五”人才模式,包含一个目标、两个理念、三个阶段、四个融合、五类平台,并通过构建数智化教学环境,努力开展系列数智化人才培养有效实践,以达成培养适应数字经济新时代社会需求的商界骨干的目标要求。经过十余年的探索与实践,通过与行业发展协同共建,并不断迭代,形成了基于产教深度融合的数智化商务实践人才培养模式。
In the era of digital intelligence,business education is facing new changes.To meet the needs of the times,the training mode of business talents must change with the trend.This study explores a new era of intellectualization business talent training mode——“12345”talent mode,containing a goal,two ideas,three stages,four fusion,five platforms,and through the construction of intellectualization teaching environment,it strives to carry out a series of effective practices in digital talent cultivation to achieve the goal of training business backbones that meet the social demands of the new digital economy goal.After more than ten years of exploration and practice,this study has formed a digital intelligence business practice talent training mode through cooperation with industry development and continuous iteration based on the deep integration of industry and education.
