摘要：科技型企业因其自主创新能力,相较其他企业拥有明显的知识产权资源优势。充分利用知识产权的融资价值既是科技型企业弥补资金缺口的一种融资工具,也是顺应国家金融政策导向的一种融资方式。针对当前科技型企业知识产权融资面临的困境,基于系统动力学(SD)原理和方法,从结构-行为视角对知识产权质押融资过程进行SD建模,旨在揭示融资过程中各个因素间的反馈关系和内在机理,模拟分析其动态行为模式。以期对发展我国方兴未艾的知识产权质押融资市场提供理论依据和政策参考价值。
For the capability of independent innovation, sci - tech enterprises have obvious intellectual resources advanta- ges compared to other traditional kinds of companies. Making full use of the value of intellectual property by financing, is not only a financing tool for sci - tech enterprises to bridge the funding gap, but also a financing form that conforms to our country＇ s financial policy. In connection with intellectual property financing difficulties faced by current sci - tech enter- prises, this study constructs three models from the structure - behavioral perspective using system dynamics （SD） princi- ples, through which relationships of various factors in intellectual property pledge financing process and their internal feed- backs are revealed. By simulating, dynamic behavior patterns on different strategies are investigated. This study provides theoretical basis and policy reference for China~ emerging intellectual property pledge financing market.
