摘要：随着高校科研实力的不断提高,科研评价问题受到越来越多人的关注,科研评价成功与否关系到科研工作能否顺利进行。通过对科研评价的相关理论和现状进行研究,了解当前科研评价的内容以及科研评价的方法。将科研评价和应用型大学的科研特点相结合,对其科研问题进行分析,制定与应用型大学相适应的科研评价制度和指标,从而提出有建设性的建议,促进应用型大学的科研发展。
With the continuous improvement of research strength in university, research evaluation problem is paid more and more attention. The success of research evaluation has an effect on scientific research work. It makes the work carried out smoothly. Through the research on the current situation and related theories of research evaluation, we can better know about the current methods and content of research evaluation. This study combines research evaluation with the characteristics that application-oriented university has, putting forward constructive suggestions on the aspects about research evaluation to promote the development of application-oriented university.
