摘要：文章通过对大学生职业价值观与自我信念、抱负指数之间的关系进行调查,了解影响大学生职业选择的心理因素,研究自我信念、抱负指数对于职业价值观形成和变化的影响,以达到丰富职业价值观的理论,促进职业指导教育科学化、合理化,提高大学生求职择业效率的目的。
Objective： To investigate the relationship between college students＇ vocational values, self-beliefs and aspiration index among the three. Methods： A total of 507 college students were tested with the following instruments： self-esteem scale, General Self- Efficacy Scale, Tennessee Self Concept Scale, Aspiration index scale. Results： The students＇ vocational values are closely related to their self-beliefs and aspiration index, self-beliefs, aspiration index have positive prediction on vocational values, tile moral factor in self-beliefs has a negative effect on the prestige and status factors in vocational values. Conclusion： The factors of the students＇ self- beliefs and aspiration index have an obvious effect on predicting their vocational values.
