摘要：高校图书馆作为资源丰富、特色鲜明和优势明显的文化服务机构,与公共文化具有天然的联系。高校图书馆应依托高校所特有的资源优势,积极探索社会服务和文化传承的创新,为丰富社会和公众文化生活、提高公众文化素养、增强文化自信和建设文化强国作出贡献。通过分析和调研高校图书馆参与公共文化服务存在的障碍和具有的优势,从现代公共文化服务的视阈探讨高校图书馆的服务创新,以创新促发展,探索通过创新来提升高校图书馆服务能力、服务水平、社会价值的策略和路径。
As a cultural service institution with rich resources,distinctive characteristics and obvious advantages,university library has a natural connection with public culture University libraries should rely on the unique resource advantages of colleges and universities,actively explore the innovation of social services and cultural inheritance,and make contributions to enriching social and public cultural life,improving public cultural literacy,enhancing cultural self-confidence and building a cultural power.By analyzing and investigating the obstacles and advantages of university libraries participating in public cultural services,this paper discusses the service innovation of university libraries from the perspective of modern public cultural services,promotes development with innovation,and explores the strategies and paths to improve the service ability,service level and social value of university libraries through innovation.
