摘要：香港回归20周年之际,在国家最高领导人的见证下,粤港澳三地四方于2017年7月共同签署了《深化粤港澳合作推进大湾区建设框架协议》。随着"粤港澳大湾区"的签约成立,标志着其以上升为重要的国家战略。自1999年澳门回归祖国以来,珠海坚持贯彻"一国两制"方针,以粤港澳合作为主线,以横琴为主阵地,着力体制机制创新,聚焦产业协同发展,全力搭建促进澳门经济适度多元发展的新平台。港珠澳大桥通车后,珠海将成为唯一与香港、澳门陆路相连的城市,横琴湾将成为港珠澳大桥重要桥头堡和环澳发展带,推动以横琴为代表的珠海乃至整个珠三角与澳门从"紧密合作"迈向"深度融合"。本文从粤港澳大湾区签署的事件出发,对大湾区理论与粤港澳大湾区发展进行理论分析,然后对横琴的区位特征与产业特征分析,从而寻求一条可借鉴、可选择的发展之路。
By the 20 th anniversary of the handover of Hong Kong and witnessed by the country’s supreme leader,the quartet in July 2017,Guangdong province,Hong Kong and Macao jointly signed the"promoting the construction of large bay,Hong Kong and Macao to deepen cooperation framework agreement".With the signing of the Hong Kong and Macao bay area,it marks an important national strategy.Since Macao’s return to the motherland in 1999,Zhuhai has adhered to the policy of"one country,two systems",with Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao cooperation as the main line and Hengqin as the main position.It has focused on institutional innovation,coordinated industrial development and made every effort to build a new platform for Macao’s moderately diversified economic development.When the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge opens to traffic,Zhuhai will become the only city connecting Hong Kong and Macao by land,and Hengqin Bay will become an important bridgehead of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and a development belt around Macao.Promote Zhuhai,represented by Hengqin,and even the whole Pearl River Delta region and Macao from"close cooperation"to"deep integration".Based on the events signed by The Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this paper makes a theoretical analysis of the theory of the Greater Bay Area and the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and then analyzes the location characteristics and industrial characteristics of Hengqin,so as to seek a development path that can be used for reference and can be chosen.
