摘要:为改进培智学校家校合作方式,提高沟通质量,研究者通过自编问卷,对13所培智教育机构的418名教师进行了问卷调查。研究发现,培智学校家校合作沟通方式体现出鲜明的时代特点,新型沟通工具逐步受到更多人的青睐,教师选择与家长的沟通方式表现出一定的主观倾向性。研究建议,家校合作应重视结果导向,选择适合灵活多元的沟通方式;在重视沟通方式合理性的同时更要充实沟通内容,学校可以通过培训不断提高教师沟通水平、提升家校合作质量。
To improve the way and quality of family-school cooperation in special schools, this article investigates 418 teachers from 13 special education institutes by means of a self-made questionnaire. The results shows that the ways of family-school cooperation can be classified into Wechat, face to face communication at school, telephone communication, home visiting, QQ and correspondence. According to the frequency, the female teachers tend to use Wechat or face to face communication, while the male ones tend to use correspondence. The older teachers tend to use family visiting and QQ, while teacher at lower academic levels tends to use QQ. Teachers who teach entry level and advanced level prefer to use telephone communication. In addition, the results show that the ways of family-school cooperation have a significant characteristics of times: the new way of communication tools are more used and the ways of communication chosen by the teachers are quite subjectively-tended. The article suggests that the communication should be result-oriented, and it is up to teachers to choose the ways of the communication flexibly. The teachers should take both the way and the contents of the communication into consideration, and the schools should train their teachers to improve their communication skills so as to improve the quality of the communication.
