摘要:教师是教学成败的关键,是教学目标得以实现的至关重要的因素。出于学科发展的需要,对对外汉语教师进行职业规划,可以提高迅速发展的对外汉语教学质量。作为对外汉语教师,要做到终身化的自觉自我发展,就要不断提高自身的执教能力,不断反思,实现终身化学习。同时,对外汉语教师不仅要擅长教学,还应该具有较强的科研能力,做到终身化学习、终身化研究,以迎接不同的机遇,应对各种挑战。
Teachers are the key to success or failure of teaching and the critical factor to achieve the goals of teaching. For the development of the subject, by means of career planning of Chinese teachers for foreigners, the teaching quality in the rapid development of Chinese language for foreigners can be improved. Chinese teachers for foreigners should carry out the self-development with lifelong consciousness, improve the teaching ability and keep reflecting on themselves to achieve lifelong learning. What's more, Chinese teachers for foreigners should not only be good at teaching, hut also have a strong research capability, and can achieve life-long learning and research so as to meet the different opportunities and deal with various challenges.
