摘要:采用吸附解吸批量实验研究了草炭土影响下土壤对Se的吸附行为,为合理利用Se及防止土壤Se污染提供依据。结果表明,土壤对硒的吸附量随着反应时间先快速增加而后趋稳,在6 h内达到平衡,草炭土比例高的土壤吸附平衡时间长。草炭土增加了土壤对硒的吸附,但抑制了硒的解吸,从而降低了硒的可移动性。硒初始浓度越高,吸附量越高,但在添加了草炭土的土壤中,初始硒浓度大于100μg/L后,解吸率保持稳定。
The chemical behavior and bioavailability of selenium( Se) in soils are greatly affected by its adsorption on soil,which are largely related to organic compound of soils. Soils with different amount peat were used in batch adsorption experiments. The results showed that the adsorption of Se was an initially fast phase followed by a slow process,during which the adsorption equilibrium was reached at 6 h although peat prolonged the equilibrium time. The existence of peat significantly increased the adsorption of Se and decreased the desorption of Se on the soil,which reduced the mobility of Se in soil. Adsorption of Se increased with initial Se concentration increasing. However,desorption rate remained stable at initial Se concentration 100 μg/L in the soils with peat.
