摘要：基于京津冀地区13个主要城市2006—2017年的数据,从普惠金融服务的可获得性和使用情况两个维度出发构建指标体系,通过计算普惠金融指数来测度普惠金融发展水平,再利用普通计量模型和空间计量模型对比分析互联网环境下京津冀地区普惠金融的减贫效应。结果显示:京津冀地区普惠金融指数总体上升,但发展并不平衡,有较大的城市差异。同时,普惠金融发展水平、互联网普及率对缓解贫困有非常显著的正向影响,且普惠金融和互联网的发展不仅可以帮助自身缓解贫困,对周边城市也有显著的空间溢出效应。同时,普惠金融发展水平和互联网的普及互相促进,能够更大程度地缓解贫困。
Based on the data of 13 major cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from 2006 to 2017,this paper constructs an indicator system from the two dimensions of the availability and use of inclusive financial services,measures the development level of Inclusive Finance by calculating inclusive financial index,and then uses the common measurement model and spatial measurement model to compare and analyze the poverty reduction effect of Inclusive Finance in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei under the Internet environment.The results show that the inclusive financial index in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is on the rise,but the development is not balanced,and there are big urban differences.At the same time,the development level of Inclusive Finance and Internet penetration rate have a very significant positive impact on poverty alleviation,and the development of Inclusive Finance and Internet can not only help itself to alleviate poverty,but also have a significant spatial spillover effect on surrounding cities.At the same time,the development level of Inclusive Finance and the popularization of the Internet promote each other,which can alleviate poverty to a greater extent.
