摘要：全球半导体市场呈现“一超多强”基本格局和重塑态势,产业链出现分散化发展倾向。在技术驱动下先进工艺占比持续提升,在新兴需求拉动下终端应用从高度集中向相对多元发展,在政策推动下生产布局的再调整已经拉开序幕。全球半导体产业格局重塑下,两岸半导体产业既面临台商内地投资被部分替代、高端产品贸易受阻及美国对两岸企业共同参与全球价值链的干预加深等不利影响,也面临合作范围拓宽、市场拉力增强及合作必要性提升等有利因素。深化两岸半导体产业合作,短期主要是强化应用端合作,巩固内地智能手机及电子计算机制造优势,拓展新的应用领域;中长期,两岸应共同致力在半导体上游领域开展合作,探索新商业模式,共创发展新空间。
The global semiconductor market presents a basic pattern of"one super and multiple strong"and a re-shaping trend,with a tendency towards decentralized development in the industrial chain.Driven by technology,the proportion of advanced processes continues to increase.Driven by emerging demand,the end uses are developing from highly concentrated to relatively diversified.Under policy promotion,the readjustment of production layout,especially high-end product production layout,has begun.Under the reshaping of the global semiconductor industry pattern,the cross-Strait semiconductor industry cooperation is facing adverse effects such as Taiwan Residents-invested businesses in the mainland will be partially replaced,high-end product trade will continue to be hindered,and cross-strait enter-prises jointly participate in the global value chain will be deeper intervened by the USA.It is also facing favorable factors such as expanding cooperation scope,heightening market driving force,and increasing the necessity of cooperation.To deepen cross-Strait semiconductor industry cooperation,in the short term,the main focus is to strengthen application-oriented cooperation,consolidate our manufacturing advantages of smartphones and electronic computers,and expanding new application areas.In the medium to long term,both sides of the Taiwan Strait should work to-gether to explore cooperation in the upstream field of semiconductors,explore new business models,and create new development spaces.
