摘要:This paper reports on investigations of the 60t articulated dump truck rear suspension structure and ride comfort analysis. The articulated dump truck which is different from the rigid-frame dump truck has two frames jointed by a hinge. The article first establishes two nonlinear mathematical models to compare and analyze the ride comfort of the articulated truck with two different rear suspension structures, the results show that the swing arm balance beam structure can be used as the rear suspension. And then a dynamic simulation model of the articulated truck with ADAMS is established. The simulation results show that the load, road, speed have influences on the ride comfort, and unsprung mass have little effect on ride comfort, but have a certain influence on the wheel dynamic load. All the results provide theoretical basis for the truck design. ? 2018 IEEE.
