摘要:探讨了低氧运动对血清MDA、SOD、GSH的影响及补充电解质饮料的干预效果。8名受试者每周在15.4%低氧环境下以70%.VO2max强度蹬功率自行车1 h,常氧下恢复,共持续3周,并分别在运动前0.5 h、运动后即刻、运动后0.5 h及运动后1 h采静脉血,测定血清MDA、SOD、GSH。第一周运动期间不补充任何液体,以研究低氧运动对血清MDA、SOD、GSH的影响。第二周运动期间补充不含抗氧化剂的电解质饮料——宝矿力水特,第三周作为对照补充纯净水,以研究电解质饮料干预效果。结果表明低氧运动后血清MDA没有产生明显变化,但血清SOD、GSH显著性提高(P<0.05),可能是机体加快自由基清除的代偿性反应;低氧运动中补充电解质饮料或纯净水,运动后SOD、GSH均不发生显著性改变,说明低氧运动时补充水分有助于减少自由基的产生。
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of hypoxic exercises and the supplement of electrelytical drink on serum MDA, SOD and GSH. 8 participants were trained for an hour per week by 70% VO2max in the 15.4% hypoxic environment and they recovered under normal atmospheric pressure. The training lasted three weeks. Vein blood was selected half hour prior to the training, at the moment of the end of the training ,half hour and one hour after the training to test serum MDA, SOD and GSH. In the first week, the participants were trained without any drink offered, in order to explore the effects of hypoxic exercises. They were offered electrelytcal drink during the exercises in the second week. In the third week they were offered pure water as control. It was found that there were no significant changes in serum MDA one hour after the training without drink supplemented. However, the serum SOD and GSH were increased significantly (p 〈 0.05). It was considered the result of the compensatory reaction of removing free radical. In addition, no significant changes were found in serum SOD and GSH after training with supplement of electrolytical drink and pure water. It was concluded that supplement of water is conducive to reduce free radical during hypoxic exercises.
