摘要:文章结合视障儿童扩展核心课程的理念,围绕视障儿童早期教育康复的需求,通过对国外特殊需要儿童早期评估的文献梳理,对我国视障儿童早期教育康复评估的现状进行分析。分析结果表明,国际视障儿童早期教育康复评估注重以ICF和生态系统理论为指导,运用标准化与非标准化工具对儿童进行综合的、动态的评估。建议我国视障儿童早期教育康复的评估也应在借鉴国外的有益经验的同时,重点从完善专业人员培养与合作机制,制定早期教育康复评估的相关政策、确保经费投入,修订、创新和研发评估工具,以及完善评估管理机制四个方面进行探索。
Combined with the theory of the Extended Core Curriculum,and based on literature review,this study summarized the tendency of early education and rehabilitation assessment for children with visual impairment on one hand,including application of ICF and ecological system theory in the assessment; comprehensive and dynamic assessment with standard and non-standard tools for children. On the other hand,this study analyzed the present situation in China and put forward some suggestions,including enhancing professional training and cooperation mechanism,improving relevant policy and investment,developing assessment tools,and improving the evaluation management mechanism.
