摘要:在职普融合背景下,应用型大学专升本学生职业核心素养教育势在必行。职业核心素养具有适应性、综合性、本质性等特点。当前,应用型大学专升本学生职业核心素养教育存在重技能轻素养、重理论轻实践、重主体轻协同等问题。从构建职普融合嵌入培养体系、优化教学设计及整合校企资源等方面,提出应用型大学专升本学生职业核心素养教育路径。
Under the context of vocational and general education integration,cultivating professional core competencies among upgraded bachelor’s students in application-oriented universities has become imperative.Vocational core competencies are characterized by adaptability,comprehensiveness,and essentiality.Current educational practices reveal three prominent issues:overemphasis on technical skills at the expense of holistic competencies,prioritization of theoretical knowledge over practical application,and disproportionate focus on institutional actors rather than collaborative partnerships.This study proposes a multidimensional pathway to address these challenges through:1)establishing an integrated vocational-academic embedded training system,2)optimizing instructional design with competency-based learning frameworks,3)enhancing resource synergy between universities and industries.
