摘要：从康熙盲字到现行盲文,再到国家通用盲文,我国的盲文逐步实现了规范化,有了规范字。为推动盲文水平评估走向科学化和标准化的进程,本研究提出了将国家通用盲文水平区分为三级六等的标准体系,并强调不同的等级可以从对国家通用盲文符号的熟记程度、对国家通用盲文相关规则的掌握情况、对国家通用盲文使用中的错误辨析和改正的能力、书写和阅读国家通用盲文的速度,以及在国家通用盲文水平测试的客观得分五个维度进行评估。该标准的提出为后续标准化的国家通用盲文水平等级测试的编制奠定了良好的基础。
From the Kangxi Braille to the current Braille,and then to the Common Braille,the Braille in China has gradually become standardized and has standardized characters.In order to promote the scientific and standardized evaluation of Braille level,this study proposes a standard system that divides the Chinese Common Braille standard into three levels and six grades,and emphasizes that different levels can be determined from five dimensions:the familiarity with the Chinese Common Braille symbols,the mastery of the Chinese Common Braille rules,the ability to distinguish and correct errors in the use of the Chinese Common Braille,the speed of writing and reading the Chinese Common Braille,and the score in the Chinese Common Braille proficiency test.The proposal of this standard has laid a good foundation for the preparation of the subsequent standardized Braille proficiency test.
