摘要：非物质文化遗产保护是一门技术含量颇高的学问。保护得好便是保护,保护得不好便是破坏。在长期的非物质文化遗产保护实践中,提炼出了非物质文化遗产保护科学评估三标准:一是通过保护是否保住了这个民族传统文化的DNA;二是通过保护是否保住了这个民族的文化多样性;三是通过保护是否促进了这个民族文化的可持续发展。
The protection of intangible cuhural heritage is a high - tech project. Failure in protection means destruction. Based on the long -term practice of the protection of intangible cultural heritage, the author proposed three standards of scientific assessment on the protection： （ 1 ） whether the DNA of traditional culture could be protected; （2） whether the culture diversity could be protected; and （ 3 ） whether the sustainable development of the ethnic culture could be developed.
