摘要：教育质量的提高是高等教育发展的永恒主题,问题的关键在于管理。分析了高等教育的时代背景和要求,论述了管理水平对教学质量的重要影响,并针对高校管理中普遍存在的典型问题,提出了初步的解决建议。
The improvement of teaching quality is everlasting topic for higher education development, and the key to it is the administration. It aims to analyze the background and requirement of the age, discuss the important influence of administration level to teaching quality, and raise preliminary problem-solving suggestions on the commonly-existed typical issues.
